Right of Withdrawal

PKU.no offers a 14-day right of withdrawal, starting from the day you receive your order.

According to the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act, goods can be returned within 14 days. You only pay the return shipping. Goods must be unused and returned in the original packaging. Refund is processed once the goods are received. A cancellation form is included with your order.

The following rules apply:

  • The item must be kept in the same condition as received.
  • The item cannot be used. Sealed hygiene items are excluded if the seal is broken.
  • Damage due to negligence voids the right of withdrawal.
  • Return at your own cost within 14 days in original packaging.
  • No cash-on-delivery returns.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Items not returnable in same condition due to negligence.
  • Items that cannot be returned due to their nature.
  • Perishable items.
  • Pharmaceuticals and medical devices.
  • Sealed hygiene products where seal is broken.

Option 2: Use a Return Label

  • Email kundeservice@pkumat.no with name & order number.
  • Use the return label included with your order.
  • Return via Posten.
  • Return fee: NOK 79,-

Complaints

If a product is defective, you may request a replacement, price reduction, or cancellation in accordance with the Consumer Purchase Act. Contact customer service as soon as possible—preferably in writing.

Complaints must be made within a reasonable time and no later than two years (or five years for items meant to last longer).

PKU.no follows the decisions of the Consumer Disputes Committee.
