Shipping Prices

• Order with protein substitutes: 0 kr
• Pick up in store: 0 kr
• Order without protein substitutes: 199 kr

General Information

All our products are shipped from our warehouse in Sofiemyr, outside Oslo. Normally, your order is shipped within a couple of days, and we will contact you if there is any deviation. Transport time depends on your address and the products in your order.

Orders are shipped with Posten/Bring, PostNord and Royal Distribusjon.

We will contact you by phone to arrange and inform you about the delivery time.

ID Check

In accordance with Norwegian law and to ensure correct delivery, we perform an ID check when creating your account. We will send you a free welcome gift that you can pick up at the Post Office with identification.

Delivery Time for Different Products

• Blue prescription: Normally sent within 1–3 days. In special situations it may take longer, and we will contact you if that happens.
• Made-to-order items: Items that are not normally stocked. Delivery time varies depending on the product.
• Other products: Normally shipped within 1–3 working days.

Pick Up Your Order at Our Warehouse – Get a Gift!

We work hard to keep prices down, and you can help by picking up your order at our warehouse in Sofiemyr, Kolbotn (just outside Oslo). You will get your order faster, and all customers who pick up their order receive a free gift.

Export Information

We do not export low-protein products to other countries.

Power of Attorney

If you want someone else to pick up your order from our warehouse in Oslo, we require a power of attorney from you. You can download the power of attorney here.

We need the following:
Written authorization with your signature, your ID (or a certified “true copy”), and the person collecting the order must show their own identification.
